Submersive Productions LLC was founded in 2015 by Co-artistic Directors Ursula Marcum and Glenn Ricci. With each new project, Submersive has evolved and grown. 

Our Collective is made up of artists who have worked on two or more Submersive projects and are engaged with Submersive to develop and refine our practice of creating experience-based, audience-centered art. 

Since 2020, our nine Core Creators (seen below) have acted as a kind of advisory board made up of artists who also contribute to the work. This year, realizing that Submersive has become too large to be run by one overarching group, we area pursuing a teams-based model with each team focused on specific needs of the company. This Summer, a Transition Team is conducting one-to-one interviews with the entire Collective to help us get a better picture of the most useful pathways forward. We are excited to see what develops!
